Rock Manager
With this game you can create your own band, and try to make it successful. On each level you have a specific set of musicians to choose from, within a set area, and with set requirements of success. First you must record your own song. Then find a company for publishing it. You must do the advertisement, find places to do gigs and eventually national/international tours. Maybe you must bribe the media to play your music.
